GULF SHORES, Ala. -- A second round 303 helped the University of North Alabama women's golf move up to sixth and move within one stroke of third place after the second round of the Bama Beach Bash at the Gulf Shores Golf Club.
The Lions were seventh after the opening round at 309 and now have a two-round, 612 total.
ULM leads after two rounds with a 592 total in the 15-team event.
Jahnavi Prakhya leads UNA's golfers individually, using a second round 71 to jump from 11th place to second. Teammate
Jackie Klemm is tied for 13th at 152.
The tournament concludes with a final round on Tuesday.
