FLORENCE, Ala. -- University of North Alabama cross country coach Jeremy Provence has announced the signing of nine student-athletes to National Letters of Intent with the Lions' program.

UNA added five male runners and four female runners as signees.

The runners joining the men's cross country program at UNA are J.J. Hibbard at Pine Creek High School in Colorado Springs, Colo., Bryce Keefover of Oak Mountain High School in Birmingham, Ala., Brandon Lee of Thompson High School in Maylene, Ala., Jesse Lussier of Lyons Township High School in LaGrange, Ill., and Connor Sims of Brewer High School in Laceys Spring, Ala.

The list of runners joining the UNA women's program are Abby Nunnelly of Alexandria High School in Alexandria, Ala., Mary Ashton Priest of Saltillo High School in Saltillo, Miss., Megan Schwarze of Arab High School in Arab, Ala., and Mandaline Thomas of Daphne High School in Daphne, Ala.
