UNA PLAYER’S CHOICE AWARDS RELEASED ONLINE

FLORENCE – The University of North Alabama's sixth-annual Player's Choice Awards were held this year throughout a six-night virtual release where each award was released online. Student-athletes from UNA's 14 intercollegiate sports, along with the Lions cheer and dance squads selected winners from their peers.
 
The top awards for the event went to seniors D'Andre Hart, who was named the Lion King, and Ivy Wallen, who was named the Lion Queen. Hart was a safety on the UNA football while Wallen recently finished her four-year career for the women's basketball program. Most of the awards this year were given to a male and female student from the fall and spring sports.
