FLORENCE, Ala. -- With much of the University of North Alabama cross country team given the week off to rest for the upcoming conference championships, the remainder of the UNA men competed at the Firehawk Invitational at McFarland Park.

UNA's Connor Sims finished eighth individually with a time of 27:01.28 on the 8k course. Jake Moore was 14th (27:25.90), Edan Jamieson 18th (27:46.63), Noah Bonsall 25th (28:29.50) and Emerson Mansfield 26th (28:29.69).
