SCOUTING THE LIONS: North Alabama had a solid home outing last time out with three duals from Feb. 27-28. The Lions opened with a 4-1 win over EKU on Feb. 27, but UNA suffered a rare home loss in a 4-3 defeat to Troy on Feb. 28. North Alabama rebounded shortly after with a 5-0 victory vs. Mississippi Valley State – also on Feb. 28. UNA looks to extend a streak of 12-straight wins over ASUN opponents in the regular season. UNA's last loss vs. an ASUN opponent during the regular season dates back to April 6, 2024 at Lipscomb. The Lions sport a 48.4 percent win rate in doubles, but UNA owns a solid singles win percentage at 59.7 percent rate. Junior Alberto Altur leads with eight singles victories, followed by senior Lachlan Brain (7) and a two-way tie between freshman Benjamin Meyers and junior Izan Orgiles (5). Altur and Brain both lead in doubles wins with six each.
SCOUTING BELLARMINE: The Knights enter the matchup looking for their second win of the season at 1-8. Four players have a team-high four doubles victories and two singles wins in Colby Berson, Matthew Nice, Ryan Parkins and Eli Wood. Will Davis serves as the head coach for Bellarmine.
SERIES HISTORY: North Alabama leads the all-time series over Bellarmine, 7-1. The Lions have won the previous two meetings in 2024 and 2025, last time out rallying to defeat the Knights, 4-3, on March 16, 2025. Bellarmine's lone win came in a 5-2 win from 2023.
