Biography
UNA 2018-19: Wallen played and started all 30 games for UNA last season...she became the program's all-time leader in made three-point baskets during the first game of the season in a 74-71 win at Vanderbilt...finished the season with 82 three-pointers to push her career record to 260 over her first three seasons...averaged 13.4 points per game and finished the year 82-of-248 from three-point range...also had 91 rebounds, 50 assists and 44 steals...was second on the team with 21 blocked shots...named ASUN Player of the Week on Jan. 21...reached double figures 20 times, including eight games with at least 20 points and a 30-point showing on Feb. 2 at Lipscomb...reached 1,000 career points during a Dec. 2 game at Xavier...enters her senior season in sixth place in program history with 1,275 points.
UNA 2017-18: She started all 29 games for the Lions in 2017-18...set several school records on the year, including most three-point attempts in a season (302) and most made three-pointers (102)...also tied a UNA career record with 178 three-point baskets in just two seasons and set a school single-game mark with 10 three-pointers on Jan. 2 at Mississippi College...was a first team All-Gulf South Conference selection and also received All-South Region honors by D2CCA...averaged 18.3 points per game and led the team with 25 games in double figures...added 67 rebounds, 46 assists, 14 blocked shots and 40 steals on the year...had four games with at least 30 points, including a pair of 34-point showings.
UNA 2016-17: She saw action in all 29 games as a true freshman for UNA during the 2016-17 season...was third on the team in scoring, averaging 11.9 points per game...also led the team and was second in the Gulf South Conference with 76 three-point baskets, a new single-season mark for the Lions...added school records for three-point attempts in a game (17) and a season (231)...hit seven three-pointers on Jan. 7 at home against Christian Brothers to tie another single-game record...finished the season with 90 rebounds, 22 assists, 10 blocked shots and 50 steals...was a two-time GSC Freshman of the Week...reached double figures in scoring 15 times, including five games with at least 20 points and a 31-point showing Jan. 26 at home against Mississippi College.
HIGH SCHOOL: She played guard at Lauderdale County High School for coach Brant Llewellyn…helped lead the team to five consecutive Class 3A state championships from 2012-2016...averaged 14.6 points, 2.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game...was named the AHSAA Class 3A Player of the Year and the TimesDaily Player of the Year in 2015 and 2016...was named MVP of the 2015 Northwest Regional tournament...holds the state record for most three-point baskets in a girl's Final Four game with nine.
