Biography

UNA 2016-17: Lindsey played in 21 games for the Lions last season...started one game, scoring four points and pulling down four rebounds on Feb. 28 in the opening round of the Gulf South Conference Tournament...totaled 49 points on the year with four assist, two steals and a blocked shot.

UNA 2015-16: Red-shirted the season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Lindsey played at Mantachie High School for coach Scott Collier...she averaged 14.9 points, 14.1 rebounds and 1.3 blocked shots per game…was also an all-state honoree in softball and won a state championship in archery.
 
PERSONAL: Her full name is Madelyn Kate Lindsey. She is the daughter of Jeff Lindsey and Meloney Green. She was born on May 5, 1997 and has one sister, Amanda Grace Lindsey, and two brothers, Dalton and Dallas Pounds. She is majoring in sports recreation management at UNA.
