Biography

UNA 2015-16: Carter saw action in 14 games last season...she scored 14 points and pulled down 19 rebounds...was 6-of-18 from the floor and had 10 blocked shots...had six points and three blocks on Dec. 8 against West Georgia.

UNA 2014-15: Red-shirted the season.

OTHER COLLEGE: She played one season at Trinity International in Deerfield, Ill....averaged 3.2 points and 3.3 rebounds per game with 22 blocked shots as a true freshman for the Lady Trojans.

HIGH SCHOOL: She prepped at Franklin Road Christian School where she helped lead the team to the 2010 state championship...was also an all-region selection as a senior and earned state all-tournament honors in 2010 and 2011...finished her career averaging a double-double at 14 points and 11 rebounds per contest.

PERSONAL: Her full name is Rachel Carter. She is the daughter of Gary and Carolyn Carter. She was born on January 9, 1991 and has one sister.
