UNA 2014: Ran in five meets for the Lions in 2014...Top finish was 35th at the Choctaw DII Challenge...UNA 2013: Ran in five meets for the Lions last season as a sophomore…Top finish was 37th at the Falcon Classic…UNA 2012: Ran in six meets as a freshman…Top finish was 37th at the Tennessee Tech Invitational… HIGH SCHOOL: Ran cross country and on the track team at Fairview High School…The cross country team won sectional championships from 2008-12 and ran in the state championships each year… Selected team captain on the cross country and track teams from 2010-12…Finished as the Class 4A state runner-up in the 800m in 2012…Finished third in the state in the 4x800m in 2008…800m sectional champion in 2011 and 2012…Cullman County MVP in 2012…Cullman’s track and field team went to the state meet every year from 2008-12…Personal bests are: 800m 2:28.07, 400m 1:02.66, 100m 13.95, 5k 22:57.27…Member of the National Honor Society and also lettered in basketball…PERSONAL: Full name is Marlah Danielle Stancil…Born on April 27, 1994…Daughter of David and Amanda Stancil and has two sisters…majoring in Nursing.
