FLORENCE - After receiving first team All-South Region honors by Daktronics, North Alabama junior Chloe Wolf received an honorable mention on the organization's All-America list.
The first baseman and designated player from Oakville, Mo., was also a second team all-region selection by the National Fast-Pitch Coaches Association (NFCA) as well as a first team All-Gulf South Conference pick batted .321 on the year with 11 doubles. She was second on the team with 10 home runs and had a .634 slugging percentage.
She went 11-of-16 in one week in March, earning both GSC Player of the Week and NFCA National Player of the Week honors. She scored 11 runs with four extra-base hits, including a pair of home runs and 12 RBI.
