JACKSONVILLE, Ala. -- The University of North Alabama women's cross country team finished third in a 14-team field at the 2019 JSU Struts Invitational.
Auburn won the women's 4k event with a team score of 28, followed by Troy (48), UNA (75), Emory (109), Mercer (128), Alabama State (178), University of the South (214), Alabama A&M (259),Wallace State (261), Birmingham-Southern (284), Jacksonville State (302), Martin Methodist (351), Agnes Scott (376) and Miles (424).

Phoebe Moon finished fourth individually with a time of 14:57 to lead all Lion runners. UNA's
Kara Nix was eighth at 15:04,
Emma Knight was 13th at 15:14,
Lillian Humphries was 25th (16:03),
Abby Nunnelly 27th (16:08),
Sharon Chepseba 37th (16:27),
Emilee Hudsmith 41st (16:32) and
Mandaline Thomas 58th (17:07).
