FLORENCE, Ala. -- The University of North Alabama Sportsmans Club's 2020 Lion Pride Dinner and Auction, originally scheduled for August 13, will be rescheduled.

A new date for the event, which will feature Major League Baseball's all-time hits leader Pete Rose, has not been set.  

The organizers of the event felt that there could be concerns around hosting a gathering of that size indoors.
