BATON ROUGE, La. -- Mackenzie Martin and Katy Floyd won all three of their matches Saturday and helped lead the University of North Alabama beach volleyball team to two wins in the Lions' three team matches in the Tiger Beach Bash at LSU.

UNA opened the day with a 4-1 win over Tusculum, then dropped a 4-1 decision to SEC foe South Carolina, where Martin and Floyd posted the Lions only win. The Lions closed the day with a 3-2 over over Southeastern Louisiana.

UNA will face UAB and LSU on Sunday.  

Against Tusculum, UNA got wins at No. 1, 2, 3 and 5.

Against Southeastern Louisiana, the Lions lost the No. 1 and 5 pairings in the third set, but got straight set wins at no. 2, 3 and 4.
