Six teams have already clinched, including Jacksonville, EKU, FGCU, Central Arkansas, Lipscomb and Queens. The Lions are currently seventh place with a one-game lead on eighth place North Florida. One win for UNA this weekend will guarantee a berth in the tournament. The Lions can also guarantee a berth if both Bellarmine and Stetson lose a match this weekend.

Currently, UNA ranks in the top three of four different statistics: opponent blocks (second/1.63 per set), service aces (third/1.69), opponent assists (third/11.27) and opponent kills (third/12.23).
