FLORENCE, Ala. (April 1, 2026) – The University of North Alabama held an introductory press conference with new women's basketball head coach Anna Nimz on Wednesday, April 1 at 2 p.m. inside the Pierce Hospitality Suite at CB&S Bank Arena.

Members of five different television/digital outlets and three print media outlets were in attendance, as well as various members of the campus and Shoals community. The event was also streamed on ESPN+ and is available on demand on Roar Lions Productions.
