Biography

HIGH SCHOOL: Kirkland was the starting shortstop for  Hayden High School under coach John Simmons…she helped the team to four consecutive county championships (2013-2017) as well as a state championship runner up finish in 2015…earned all-county in 2016 and received county MVP honors the following year…named second team All-State in 2017…finished her senior year with 10 home runs and a .393 batting average…also lettered in volleyball for the Wildcats.

PERSONAL: Her full name is Chloe Nell Kirkland. She is the daughter to Derek and Wendy   Kirkland. She was born on July 22, 1999 and has one brother and one sister. She is majoring in elementary education at UNA.
