HIGH SCHOOL: Hayes played first base and right field for Sparkman High School under coach Dale Palmer…She helped lead the Senators to four consecutive Class 7A state championship appearances with two championships and to runner-up finishes.

PERSONAL: Her full name is Savannah Hart Newton Hayes She is the daughter of Stacey Haves. She was born on July 30, 1999. She is majoring in exercise science at UNA.
