Caitlin Bullock enters her first season as assistant volleyball coach at North Alabama. After serving one season as assistant coach at Appalachian State, Bullock joined the UNA staff in February of 2022. She has also served as head coach of both the men's and women's volleyball programs at Lees-McRae College.
 Â
In her first season as women's volleyball head coach at Lees-McRae, Bullock led the Bobcats to an improvement in nearly every statistical category and also a berth in the 2018 Carolinas Conference tournament. The following year, the team improved its win total by five and finished with an 8-1 home record. In 2020, she guided Lees-McRae to an 8-6 overall record and 5-4 mark in conference play during a COVID-19 shortened season.
Â
Bullock also took over as head coach of the men's volleyball program at Lees-McRae during the 2020 season. She served as interim for the second half of the season, before seeing the interim tag removed in April of 2020.
Â
Prior to Lees-McRae, Bullock was an assistant coach at King University in Bristol, Tenn., for both the men's and women's program for three seasons. She helped lead the Tornado to a berth in the 2018 NCAA Division II Men's Volleyball Tournament.
Â
Bullock was a three-time all-conference honoree at Erskine College. During her time with the Flying Fleet, she became the program's all-time leader with 1,174 kills. She was also the first player in program history to earn AVCA honors, receiving an honorable mention in 2014 after leading Erskine to its first-ever conference tournament championship and appearance in the NCAA Division II Tournament.
Â
Bullock was tabbed as Carolinas Conference Player of the Week six times and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in sports management and a minor in health science and business administration.
