Biography

UNA 2019: Williams played in 20 matches for the Lions as a true freshman last season...she started three matches and totaled 107 kills and was third on the team with a 1.67 kills-per-set average...added 30 blocks, 17 digs and four assists...reached double figures in kills three times, including two straight that included a career-high 14 kills on Oct. 4 at Liberty and 13 kills the following match at home against NJIT...added a career-high five blocks on Sept. 29 at NJIT.

HIGH SCHOOL: She prepped for coach Brenden Crutcher at Westminster Christian Academy in Saint Louis, Missouri...played outside hitter and right side for the Wildcats, earning first team all-metro, all-conference and all-district honors during her senior year in 2018...also earned all-tournament honors at the Lutheran St. Charles Tournament in St. Peters, Missouri.
 
PERSONAL: Her full name is Sarah-Elizabeth Anne Williams. She is the daughter of Grant and Emily Williams. She was born on March 28, 2001 and has two sisters. She is majoring in interior design at UNA.
