LAST TIME OUT: North Alabama secured a 3-0 start to the season following a 66-54 win against Jacksonville State on Monday, Nov. 10. The Lions nearly led wire-to-wire to secure the team's first win over the Gamecocks since the 1993-94 season. The 3-0 start marked UNA's first since the inaugural Division I season in 2018-19.

SCOUTING THE LIONS:
Through three games, the Lions are shooting 39 percent in field-goal percentage while holding opponents to 29.1 percent shooting. Another strong suit for the Lions have come in blocks, leading opponents 16-7 in the category. North Alabama has a significant advantage in third-quarter scoring with 50 points through three games compared to 28 points from opponents.

FAMILIAR TERRITORY:
The Lions are no strangers to facing Power Four competition. Since UNA's first Division I year in 2018, North Alabama has faced 13 Power Four teams all-time, including a 74-71 win against SEC opponent Vanderbilt on Nov. 6, 2018. The win also marked the first win of the Division I era.

MCNAMARA MAKES WAVES:
Junior Cameron McNamara leads the team through three games with 14.3 points per game on 56.7 percent shooting. She also leads in rebounding with seven RPG. She led in points (13), rebounds (10), assists (4) and steals (3) in her first UNA game against UT Martin, following up with a 15-point, six-rebound effort against Fisk. McNamara secured a second-straight 15-point outing last time out vs. Jacksonville State.

SOFIA SHINES: Sophomore Sofia Ceppellotti has burst onto the scene through three games with 11.7 points per game. She leads the team in three-point percentage (42.9 percent) and second in scoring, rebounds (6.3 per game), field-goal percentage (52 percent) and made three pointers (six). The Italy native had a near-double-double effort against UT Martin with 11 points and nine rebounds while going 3-5 behind the arc. She had a career day against Fisk, scoring a career-high 16 points with a game-high seven rebounds.

RIGHT UP HER ALLEY:
Senior Alexsandra Alvarado is UNA's current three-pointers made leader with seven at 35 percent shooting. She was the Lions' spark in her second game against Fisk with 15 points off the bench. She was the second leading scorer last time out against Jacksonville State with 13 points to go with six rebounds, three made three-pointers and two steals.

BIG-GAME BUKKY:
Graduate Bukky Akinsola has shown veteran leadership in multiple parts of the game. She's fourth in scoring at 7.7 points per game but has made her mark in the playmaking and defense category. Akinsola has the team-high in assists (10) and steals (eight) on the season. She tied career highs in rebounds and steals last time out against Jacksonville State, finishing with 10 points, seven rebounds, five assists and five steals.

SCOUTING OKLAHOMA:
No. 6 Oklahoma is 2-1 on the season, coming off an 89-61 home win on Nov. 12 against Kansas City.
