FLORENCE, Ala. (April 11, 2025) – On Friday, the University of North Alabama announced four football game day promotions for the 2025 season, including Homecoming set for Oct. 18 against Eastern Kentucky.
 
More details, including game times and additional promotions, will be announced at a later date.
 
This year will mark the final season for the Lions at historic Braly Stadium, which has been UNA's home since 1949. In 2026, the Lions will open Bobby Wallace Field at Bank Independent Stadium on campus, which will mark the first on-campus football stadium in university history.
 
The final season at Braly Stadium kicks off on Sept. 13 against Northeastern State (OK) with the UNA Marching Pride Extravaganza.  In October, UNA will have back-to-back home games against Central Arkansas on Oct. 11 and EKU on Oct. 18. The Central Arkansas game will be Family Weekend, while the EKU game will be UNA's 76th Homecoming game.
 
The Lions will welcome classic rival West Georgia on Nov. 8 and will wrap up the season on Nov. 22 against Southern Utah. The Southern Utah game will serve as Senior Day.
 
As dates are finalized, fans are encouraged to stay tuned for alumni and fan engagement opportunities, including the 30-year reunion for the 1995 National Championship team. Season ticket renewals are available now at this link or by calling 256-765-5466. Renewals close Wednesday, April 30.
 
The Lions will play their 2025 Spring Game on Saturday, April 12 at 10 a.m. at the Cox Creek Spring Sports Complex. Admission is free of charge.
