FLORENCE, Ala. (May 13, 2025) – University of North Alabama men's tennis senior Nazar Fedoryshyn was named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team for the second-straight season, announced Tuesday morning.

Fedoryshyn won 17 matches in his senior campaign, going 7-6 in singles play with a 10-6 record in doubles. He played primarily from the top two flights in doubles while playing across flights two through six in singles.

The senior finished the 2025 regular season unbeaten in Atlantic Sun Conference play, going 3-0 in singles and 4-0 in doubles. He went an additional 2-0 in singles and 1-1 in doubles during the ASUN Tournament, finishing with a 10-1 overall record against conference competition.

UNA adds a ninth postseason honor this season, marking the most in a season for the program since moving to Division I. This marks Fedoryshyn's third career award with two CSC awards and the Doubles Pair of the Year award from the Atlantic Sun Conference in 2023.

Fedoryshyn was also selected as a CSC Academic All-America finalist and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America honorees will be announced June 4, 2025.

This marks the third-straight season for UNA Men's Tennis with a CSC Academic All-District honor with Carlos Materredona Valor earning the program's first in 2023.
