JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (April 21, 2026) – University of North Alabama graduate Audrey Gauthier and senior Selma Robinson were named the Atlantic Sun Conference Beach Volleyball Pair of the Week, the league announced Tuesday.
The top flight excelled in the regular season finale in Florence, leading to the pair's first weekly honor of the campaign. This also marks the first weekly honor for both in their storied careers.
Robinson and Gauthier become the second UNA pair this season to win the weekly conference honor. Sophomores Brooke Bolden and Jennah Atchley earned the team's first after receiving the honor on April 7.
The duo claimed three wins for Senior Weekend against Missouri State, Central Arkansas and Southeastern Louisiana. They helped North Alabama finish 3-0 at the event while improving their team-leading record to 22-8. The pair also extended their winning streak to eight entering the postseason.
The two opened the outing defeating Missouri State's Rylie Cepicky and Allyson Larkin, 21-15, 21-19. The two continued with a 21-16, 21-16 victory over Central Arkansas's Anna Linskey and Natalie Blum. They concluded Senior Weekend with a 21-12, 21-11 win over Southeastern Louisiana's Gabriela Hrubanova and Mia Sauers.
Gauthier and Robinson look to continue leading from the top flight at the 2026 ASUN Beach Volleyball Championships starting Wednesday, April 22. The No. 4 seeded Lions will take on No. 5 Jacksonville at 11 a.m. in Huntsville, Ala.
