MOBILE, Ala. -- North Alabama struggled in the opening round of the ASUN Conference Men's Golf Tournament and couldn't make up much ground in the second as the Lions finished day in 11th place at the Magnolia Grove Crossings Golf Course.
UNA's 284 in the first round and 282 in the second has the Lions with a 10-under-par 566 total.
Liberty leads the 14-team event at 536 entering Wednesday's final round.
North Alabama's All-ASUN Conference golfer
Francois Jacobs leads the Lions individually at 14th with a 138 total. He had rounds of 71 and 67.
Andre Jacobs is tied for 36th (142),
Carter Goodwin and
Henry Frizzell are tied for 52nd (145) and
Niko Nebout is tied for 59th (146).
