HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (March 31, 2026) – The Huntsville Convention & Visitors Bureau and Huntsville Sports Commission hosted the University of North Alabama and Samford University for a head coaches meet and greet on Tuesday, announcing Story Financial Partners as the title sponsor for the Week 0 game in Huntsville, Ala.
 
The game — set for August 29, 2026 at 6 p.m. — will now be called the Story Financial Partners Bowl and will be hosted at Joe Davis Stadium. Chris Allen, Market President of Story Financial Partners, was on hand to address local media and a crowd of key stakeholders prior to a Q&A session with both head coaches.
 
UNA's Brent Dearmon and Samford's John Grass were on hand to talk about their programs and held availabilities with members of the Huntsville media. This event was hosted at Mars Music Hall inside the Von Braun Center.
